Order Processing
Please allow 2–7 business days for order processing before shipment. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
During high-volume periods, launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times are as follows:
- Domestic (U.S.) Orders: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
- International Orders: 7–21 business days
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Package weight
- Delivery destination
- Shipping method selected
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Delayed or Lost Packages
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Postal carrier disruptions
- Weather conditions
- Customs processing
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
If your package is marked “Delivered” but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging

- Duties
- Import taxes
- Additional country-specific charges
These fees are not included in the product or shipping price.
Digital Products & Services
Digital products, coaching sessions, consultations, speaking engagements, and downloadable content are delivered electronically and are not subject to physical shipping.
