The Protege Experience
The Protege Experience is a transformational mentoring and leadership development program created by Bruce E. Ford designed to empower high school students with the mindset, discipline, confidence, and life skills needed to thrive personally, academically, and professionally.
Through mentorship, leadership training, character development, goal-setting, and real-life discussions, students are challenged to discover their purpose, strengthen their identity, and maximize their potential. The program creates a safe and inspiring environment where young people are encouraged to grow through accountability, vision, creativity, and positive influence.

Pricing
$100 – $150 per hour (Competitive youth mentoring and leadership development rate for high school students)
Rates may vary depending on group size, school or organization partnerships, travel requirements, one-time workshops vs. recurring sessions, and assembly-style presentations or intensive mentoring series.
Custom monthly or semester partnership packages are also available for schools, churches, and community organizations.
